Smoked Holiday Ham with Pineapple Ginger Ale Glaze

Ingredients

¼ liter (about 15 oz.) ginger ale

2 cans (40 oz.) pineapple chunks

10–12 lb pre-cooked bone-in ham
1 Food Prep
Season ham with your favorite BBQ seasoning.
2 Grill Prep
Fuel: We recommend Kingsford® Grillmaster’s Choice Hardwood Pellets.
Method: Pellet Grill
Temp: 225°F
3 The Cook
Place ham into an aluminum pan.
Fill the pan halfway with ginger ale and add the pineapple chunks around the ham.
Smoke at 225°F until internal temperature is 145°F.
Baste the ham every half hour with ginger ale and pineapple mixture.
