Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised I drink coffee, but never used it in a rub. I was pleasantly surprised. I used all of the ingredients & followed the directions exactly. The cooking time was perfect. I loved the flavor of the chops. I didn’t taste the coffee at all, but it left a gritty texture. It wasn’t bad though. They were also very juicy.
