For best results, always close the bag tightly after use. Kingsford® Match Light® Charcoal should last 1–2 years in unopened bags stored in a cool, dry place. For best lighting results, partially used bags should be rolled tightly down to the level of the briquets in the bag and securely closed. Additionally, storing open or unopened bags in a cool, dry place will help maintain performance.

Consistent and Convenient for those people who love that good BBQ taste!!
This is my go to charcoal when I want to grill out at the house, camping, local lake, or even tailgating! It’s fast, easy to use, and burns down to a cooking temp and consistently stays that temp long enough to cook on for hours.. I prefer a charcoal grill over gas any-day due to the flavor it puts into the meat. & Match light has never gave me an issue trying to get burning like some regular charcoal that requires charcoal fluid to get burning.. I think it also burns cleaner and leaves less of a clean of mess of ashes.
I have noticed tho that the price has increased significantly but I suppose that’s understandable considering the rise of price of everything.

Easy to light
Kingsford match light is the easiest lighting charcoal. I have tried. It is my go to charcoal for when we use our Weber grill it quickly, the charcoal is ready in 10 minutes and my best reason for liking his charcoal is it does not leave a funny taste on my food. You do not need much charcoal to grill a couple of burgers and hotdogs or a steak, so the bag glass for a few uses.

This charcoal is veryy nice and it lights so easily with just a match light or a piece of lighted paper thrown in it. The burn time is quick as it should to have a faster flame. I like how the ash becomes perfectly ready to be used to bbq and the good thing is that it does not have a bad smell.

Disappointed in this product. I’ve used this for years and within the past 6 months EVERY bag of match light I have bought from multiple stores will NOT light. It seems as if the product is not coated like it used to be.

Taste the meat and not the heat
The best charcoal for my grilling adventures. It is pre soaked, so you don't have to buy lighter fluid. It burns more evenly than competitor brands, and food cooks faster. I've also noticed that my food tastes like food and not lighter fluid. I've bought other brands of pre soaked charcoa,l and the food has been ruined because the charcoal made it taste terrible. Match light does cost more but you get what you pay for.

Kingsford Match Light is the only charcoal we will use in our grill. It lights so easy and we don't have the taste of lighter fluid in our food. The coals last the whole time we are grilling and stays hot. I highly recommend

Lights easily and burns well!
This charcoal lights so fast and easy! It burns for a long time providing great heat distribution. It produces a concentrated area of smoke and burns down to enable easy ash cleanup. I highly recommend!

Easy To Light Charcoal
We always use the Kingsford match light charcoal in our charcoal grill. We keep it on hand for whenever we decided we want to grill. You don’t need any lighter fluid, the charcoal lights with just a match and is usually ready in about 10-15 minutes, it is guaranteed to light and works alot better than cheaper off brand charcoal. We do alot of grilling in the summer and I like the smoky flavor that charcoal provides and I love that it’s made in the USA 🇺🇸

All we use!
This is the only kind of charcoal we use at our house. We have tried other brands but they don’t run as good. Plus being able to light these with a match is great! So many times we have not had lighter fluid on hand. Would recommend!

Kingsford Match Light charcoal is what my family uses when we like to grill out at the park. It lights fast and dependably, and is much more user friendly than using lighter fluid and regular charcoal. Though we don’t use it often, it is a staple. Heats evenly.

This is honestly the only charcoal we like to use and it has to be the match light kind because seriously nothing else will light or takes too much additive to get it going.
